2. DISCLAIMERS AND DEFINITIONS

A. MENTORSHIP DISCLAIMERS.

i. WHAT MENTORSHIP IS: The MENTORS offer Business Mentorship and Life Mentorship; Business Mentorship is tailored personal development geared towards helping CLIENT discover their own direction, purpose, and/or entrepreneurial potential; Mindset Mentorship is assisting CLIENT to work through limiting beliefs and overcome mindset obstacles and to build confidence in an effort to reach CLIENT’S goals.

ii. ARCHANGEL MICHAEL & SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP: The SERVICES may also include Spiritual Mentorship in the form of insights and intuitive messages that MENTORS understand to be channeled from ARCHANGEL MICHAEL. These Spiritual Mentorship services are intended to provide support, encouragement and perspective on topics discussed during the Sapphire Session. However, CLIENT acknowledges that such information is subjective in nature and not scientifically verifiable. As such, the methods used by MENTORS and/or ARCHANGEL MICHAEL cannot promise to deliver specific results or achieve specific outcomes. Neither COMPANY nor MENTORS shall be held liable for the accuracy, or interpretation of application of information provided by ARCHANGEL MICHAEL. CLIENT’s opinion as to whether MENTORS channel an entity considered ARCHANGEL MICHAEL shall not constitute a factor or reason for refund or cancellation of the Agreement.

iii. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: The MENTORS are not an employee, manager, lawyer, financial advisor, religious leader, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, medical provider, public relations manager, social media manager, doctor, counselor, business operations manager, assistant or other agent of CLIENT’S business.

The MENTORS do not: 1) procure business or potential clients for CLIENT; 2) perform any business management services for CLIENT, such as accounting, operations, research, or development; 3) provide therapy sessions in the form of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or behavioral therapy; 4) provide any religious or spiritual leadership services; 5) offer publicity, public relations and/or social media marketing services; 6) offer legal, medical or financial advice; 7) make introductions to MENTORS’ professional network and business relationships.

B. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The SERVICES have been developed for informational purposes only. MENTORS have established their proprietary Sapphire Sessions to educate, inform and inspire CLIENT to pursue their personal goals. CLIENT understands that the MENTORS may help CLIENT think through and analyze decisions and assist CLIENT with finding their own direction; however, the MENTORS may offer their opinion regarding decisions, but it is the responsibility of CLIENT to make the final decision and choose the best option for themselves.

C. SUBJECTIVE SERVICES. CLIENT hereby acknowledges that the SERVICES are subjective and COMPANY’S methods to provide this service may change in terms of style and/or technique. COMPANY and/or MENTORS may use its sole discretion and judgment to provide the SERVICES to CLIENT, even if these methods do not follow strict adherence to CLIENT’S suggestions.

D. NO GUARANTEES. Neither COMPANY nor MENTORS make any guarantees whatsoever about any type of results, outcome, or success that CLIENT may experience as a result of the SERVICES. CLIENT hereby acknowledges that CLIENT is solely responsible for any outcomes as a result of CLIENT’S decisions, even if made by implementing techniques and advice provided by MENTORS.

E. INDEMNIFICATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK. CLIENT acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any decision directly or indirectly related to the SERVICES. CLIENT will indemnify MENTORS and COMPANY from any liability regarding said decision. By using the MENTORING SERVICES and executing this Agreement, CLIENT accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from such a transaction. CLIENT agrees that COMPANY shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the use or misuse of the SERVICES. CLIENT agrees that use of the SERVICES is at their own risk.

F. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither MENTORS nor COMPANY shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or relating to the SERVICES, including but not limited to decisions made or actions taken by CLIENT in reliance upon any guidance provided from either MENTORS or ARCHANGEL MICHAEL. COMPANY’s total liability under this Agreement, if any, shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by CLIENT to MENTORS for the SERVICES under this Agreement at the time of the claim.

G. NO EMERGENCY OR CRISIS CARE. SERVICES are not designed to address emergency or crisis situations. If CLIENT is in a crisis (including but not limited to crises related to finances, health, mental health or relationships), CLIENT must immediately contact emergency services or a licensed professional.

CLIENT understands that SERVICES are not a substitute for medical and/or other health care. CLIENT hereby understands and agrees that MENTORS are not “diagnosing” or “treating” the physical body, which falls under the jurisdiction and expertise of licensed medical health care providers. CLIENT also understands that “healing” as it relates to energy work is different as it relates to medical or physical needs. CLIENT hereby acknowledges and agrees that they shall consult their health care provider and discuss any recommendations made by MENTORS and/or ARCHANGEL MICHAEL. From time to time, it is possible that energy that is relieved or moved during sessions may present itself in physical and/or emotional manners. CLIENT also agrees to immediately inform MENTORS and their health care provider of any illness, pain, or other mental distress and/or physical discomfort that occurs during or after any of CLIENT’S Sapphire Sessions.

If CLIENT is aware of a pre-existing injury, disease, or health or mental health condition, CLIENT hereby acknowledges that they have consulted a doctor or licensed professional. By accepting this Agreement, CLIENT hereby acknowledges that they have been cleared by a doctor or licensed professional to continue with the MENTORS and COMPANY SERVICES.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

A. SCHEDULE. Due to the nature of the SERVICES, COMPANY maintains a strict rescheduling and cancellation policy. All calls must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If CLIENT does not arrive (with proper functioning equipment, internet, audio, visual etc.) without providing COMPANY with notice, the call will be forfeited with no money back. If CLIENT anticipates being late, CLIENT may notify MENTORS via [CONTACT EMAIL] with an estimated arrival time. In all cases, the session will end at its originally scheduled time.

C. COMPANY RESCHEDULING. The COMPANY may also reschedule the call (whether for cause, including vacation, sick days or holidays, or without cause), provided that the call is made up within a reasonable time. The COMPANY shall provide reasonable prior written notice to CLIENT.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the educational nature of the SERVICES and the time commitment required by MENTORS to accommodate CLIENT, there are no refunds. CLIENT hereby acknowledges the opportunity cost associated with COMPANY reserving a spot for CLIENT’s SERVICES, and as such, all payments under this Agreement shall remain due and owing, regardless of CLIENT’s actual attendance or participation as part of the SERVICES.
