For founders, CEOs, and leaders

What has this decision already cost you?

  • The overthinking: waking up at 3am, running the scenarios again. You’ve looked at every path forward, and still can’t see the one that gets you to your goal.

  • The distance: being in the room with your team, your partner, or your family, and unable to be fully present, as you silently hold what no one else sees.

  • The next chapter: the one you’ve envisioned, but can’t seem to start. So you keep running what already works, at 70% of what you know is possible.

  • The hidden weight: carried into every room, nagging you in the background as you quietly question why things have stalled and are left with the sense you should be further ahead, even in the life you once dreamed of.

Why this happens:

There are two reasons why founders get caught in these loops when making decisions:

1. Perspective: When you’re standing inside a decision, even the sharpest instinct has a blind spot.

In a study of 693 people, researchers at the University of Michigan and the University of Waterloo found we reason more wisely about other people’s problems than our own, and age didn’t change that. They named it Solomon’s Paradox, and it’s why the best advice you’ve ever given was probably to someone else. What closes the gap is a view from outside the problem.

2. Decision Making Process: Most founders only work with half of how a decision gets made. They try to decide with logic, but logic shows up after an emotion has already made the choice. Think of the last key hire you made. You probably knew early on whether you wanted them (emotion), then spent the rest of the process building the case with data (logic).

High-stakes decisions amplify this. The more that’s riding on the choice, the more weight sits underneath it. Take the same hiring example: the more senior the role, the more research you do, and rightly so. Data and logic matter, but past a point, more research, more pros and cons, or waiting for certainty stops moving the decision, because none of it reaches what’s driving it.

The clarity you’re looking for comes when you address the full spectrum to the decision making process. The bottleneck is typically in founders not addressing the foundational, emotional layer to decisions. Once you get to the root issue, the emotional noise settles, and your best direction will become clear. You’ll ask better questions, find more accurate data, and opportunities line up more easily. Because you addressed the full decision making process, you won’t feel like you’re pushing against the current of life.

We specialize in high-stakes decisions.

We look at your business as a whole, and what’s driving you as a founder underneath the challenge or decision you face, so you can make a precise decision. Most methods focus on one area:

  • A business mentor assesses the strategy, but not what’s driving you internally.

  • Therapy and inner work reach the emotions, but are rarely built around founder psychology or the pressures of the decisions in front of you.

  • Meditation and spiritual practice quiet your mind and sharpen your intuition, but can’t give you a perspective beyond your own, or confirm what your intuition is telling you.

Our system brings all three together: business growth, personal development, and spirituality. Whether it's an exit, a hire, or the number you put on an offer, we work with the whole decision, treating how you think and how you feel as information, and bringing a higher perspective to both.

What clients describe as a result: insights they couldn’t reach on their own, feeling truly seen, and a level of clarity that allows results to come fast.

Every session is personalized to you, but some common topics founders bring include:

✦ Pivotal decisions - location changes, real-estate investments and negotiations, new ventures, exits, restructures

✦ Relationships and life - family dynamics, parenting, finances

✦ Leadership & Personal growth - self-doubt, performance pressure, decision fatigue

✦ Business growth - plateaus, refining your offer or niche, marketing, client experience, operations, product development

✦ New territory - insight on a new market, industry, or idea
