RAPID SAPPHIRE SESSION
Terms and Agreement


1. OVERVIEW

By clicking “Apply” “Start My Journey” or any other phrase on the application button, for the service for which these terms appear ("Product," “Service,” “Course,” and/or “Program”), you (“Client” and/or “Customer”) agree to be provided with products, services, or services by SUNYA TAO-TZU & ORION TAO-TZU (STEPHANIE SONIA GENGLER & PATRICK BRIAN PFEIFFER) ("Mentors or Owner") or TRINITY STREAM MENTORING LLC (“Company”), and you are executing a legally binding agreement with the Company, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

2. DISCLAIMERS

The Mentors are not an employee, manager, lawyer, accountant, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, hypnotherapist, state licensed mental healthcare provider, accountant, public relations manager, social media manager, doctor, counselor, business operations manager, financial analyst, business executive, or other agent of Client’s business.

This Service includes no guarantees as to Client’s results simply by participating in the Service. Client acknowledges that, as with any endeavor and investment, there is an inherent risk associated. Client agrees that Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the use or misuse of the Service. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless for any claims that may arise related to participation in this Service.

Results Disclaimer: Client hereby acknowledges that Client is solely responsible for the amount and type of results and/or income or impact that Client generates by implementing techniques and advice provided by Mentors. Client also acknowledges that Mentors cannot and do not guarantee that implementation of the Mentoring Services will provide Client with an ideal resolution, lucrative business, and/or perfect life. Client also agrees that he/she is solely responsible for any personal and/or business decision (ie. changing or leaving his/her career, job or profession in order to pursue a business idea, or to leave his/her relationship, living environment, marriage, or other making any other personal decision), and indemnifies Mentors from any liability regarding said decision.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

This Service includes the following:

  • One (1) live question and answer session via  Zoom Voice Call for approximately 15-minutes

  • One (1) recording of the session delivered over email

4. RESCHEDULING 

Company has a strict rescheduling policy to respect the time and limited resources of all parties. All rescheduling requests must be made in writing no later than 24-hours prior to the scheduled call and must include a proposed time to reschedule. Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeiture of the call and potential refusal to future services with Company. 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Client agrees to keep Company’s proprietary information confidential. “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

· Any systems, sequences, processes or steps shared with Client;

· Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement;

· Any trade secrets in connection with the Program or Company’s business practices.

Company promises to value your personal and business information and keep such information confidential. However, by applying to the Service, Client hereby agrees to Company sharing Client’s general wins as a testimonial on Company’s website, social media accounts, and other marketing platforms, without disclosing Client’s information. 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Service may contain information that is the intellectual property belonging to Company and to third-parties that license some intellectual property to Company. Company provides Client with a non-exclusive, non-transferrable single-user license authorizing Client to use the materials for their individual purposes only. Client may not share, copy, sell, re-use, reproduce, repurpose or otherwise distribute Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent from Company.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Entire Agreement - This Agreement reflects the entire agreement between the Client and Company related to the Program and Services discussed herein. 

  2. Choice of law - The governing law for this Agreement is the State of California, United States.

  3. Arbitration - Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be resolved through a binding arbitration. 

  4. All Rights Reserved - All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by us. 

  5. Term - The Term of this Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution until Services are rendered. 

  6. Termination - Client dissatisfaction with Company and/or Mentors subjective teaching style, independent judgment, methods, or other techniques are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement, even if Client does not complete all portions of the Service.
